Process Engineer Maritiem

The Process Engineer is part of the company’s Operations department which includes Cable production, Termination manufacturing, Supply chain Management (Production Planning, Workorder preparation, Procurement, In/Outbound Logistics). The Process Engineer is working closely together with colleagues of the Quality and Design departments and reports to the Manager Operations.


As a Process Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing production and logistic processes, analyzing data, reporting conclusions and recommendations, performing individual tasks and/or leading improvement projects, with the objective to ensure continuous improvements in Operations in the fields of: Quality, Productivity and costs and HSE. 

You will participate in the investigation of (more complex) Non Conformities and Complaints, draw conclusions and initiate preventive actions and assist with the implementation to prevent recurrence.


  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in one or more of the following disciplines: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Production engineering.
  • You have approximately 3-5 years experience in a Production environment and are familiar with LEAN Manufacturing and 5S. 
  • You have excellent analytical skills and your reporting is clear, efficient and to-the-point. 
  • As a person you have an innovative mindset and a focus on quality and a drive for results. 
  • You are well organized and work in a structured way. 
  • You communicate as easily with the machine operators as with the department managers, in both Dutch and English.
